We opened as an MLA Company in 1993 and later became a Title & Escrow Closing Company. We are licensed to do Title Insurance & Escrow Closings through Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. We are very active in our community and take part in Kiwanis, BNI, Ruritan, Civitan, Home Builders and Colonial Height Chamber of Commerce.
